6/1/17 to 4/1/20: Realty Investment Group, Broker/Owner, completing several commercial real estate transitions for multi-tenant retail, multi-family and land. Set a new land sales record for property located across the street from the new Raiders/Allegiant Stadium. Again using sophisticated income projection software for Offering Memorandums and Bank Loan Packages.

Focusing on the sale of income producing properties such a single tenant and multi-tenant retail, office, industrial including mini-storage, multi-family apartments, hospitality, leasing and land for development. Complete financial evaluations by analyzing income and expense statements along with cost cutting measures to increase net operating income. 2009 to 3/2011: Marcus & Millichap as Vice President of Investments and Director of the Hospitality Group. Mainly marketing income producing commercial real estate such as single tenant, retail, industrial, office, motels and hotel/casino properties. Have completed REO and receivership transactions. Comprehensive financial analysis of income and expense statements with financial projection software called “ARGUS”. Also was mentoring 3 other agents which were starting a commercial real estate career.
2003 to 2009: Grubb & Ellis as Senior Vice President of Investment Services. Received the “Circle of Excellence” awards for Top Producer in 2005 & 2008 reaching very high sales volumes of over $100,000,000 each year. Sold Office Complexes, Mini-Warehouses, Industrial, Shopping Centers, Apartment Complexes and Land for development. He was also a Senior member of the Hospitality Group specializing in the sale of Motels, Hotels & Casinos. Have completed REO and Receivership transactions. Comprehensive financial analysis of income and expense statements and financial projections with use of “ARGUS”. Certified by ARGUS in 2005. Consulting property owners in cost reducing techniques to increase net operating income.
2000 to 2003: CB Richard Ellis as Vice President of Investments. Specializing in the sale of income producing properties such as Offices, Mini-Warehouses, Industrial, Shopping Centers Land and Apartment Complexes.
1996 to 2000: United Commercial Realty. Broker/Owner of a commercial real estate firm specializing in land sales, property management, leasing, income property sales & consulting for Apartments, Industrial, Office, Retail and Land. Obtained a Nevada broker’s license and had 8 agents working for me as sales representatives.
1994 to 1996: Realty Executives. Agent specializing in income property sales and land sales.
1992 to 1994: Crowne Property Management/Robert V Jones Corp. (Known as Camden Property Trust) as company “Broker” and also instrumental in forming one of the first apartment REIT’s in Las Vegas, personally brokering over 7,500 units for the first Las Vegas apartment IPO with Oasis Real Estate Investment Trust. Also broker of the property management division which managed 10,000 apartment units with 20 employees.
1988 to 1992: Realty Holdings Group, start up agent selling land for development, apartment complexes, retail centers and office. Named agent of the year in 1989 & 1990 and promoted to “Sales Manager” that same year managing 12 agents.
